Two plans
Every website we build needs one of these to stay online. Both keep it fast, secure, backed up and watched. The Care Plan adds the updates.
Care Plan
$59 a month
For a site that changes with your business.
- Everything in Hosting Only, plus:
- Up to 20 small updates a year
- One larger change a year
- Your Google listing and holiday hours kept right
- A check-in before each season
Both run month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
The one-page website starts on Hosting Only and the full website on the Care Plan, but either website can have either plan.
What both plans cover
Hosting
Your site runs on a fast, secure network, so it opens quickly on phones and computers alike.
Security
Every page on a secure address. Your site is plain, fast files with no login to break into and nothing to patch.
Backups
Every change is saved as a new version, so we can always put your site back the way it was.
Monitoring
We check your site every few minutes. If it ever stops answering, we hear about it and look into it the same day.
What counts as an update
Changes come in three sizes. We always tell you which one a request is before we start.
Small update
Included on the Care Plan (up to 20 a year). On Hosting Only, $25 each.
- New hours, prices or contact info
- A notice on or off ("Now booking")
- Up to 5 new photos
- A new customer review
- A town added to your area
- A typo or broken link fixed
Larger change
One a year on the Care Plan. Otherwise priced first.
- A whole section rewritten
- A new service with its own words and photos
- Sections rearranged
- A fresh look for a new season

Priced as its own project, on either plan.
- A new page
- A booking list or waitlist
- A job application form
- A full redesign
Always free, on either plan: fixing anything we built that isn't working, any trouble with your hosting, quick questions about your site, your domain or your Google listing, and taking a customer's review, photo or name off your site when they ask.
How an update works
Text or email what you need
New hours, a price, a photo: send it the way you'd send it to a friend. Photos can come by text too.
We tell you what it is
A small update, or a bigger change with its price. Nothing starts until you know.
We make the change
Small updates are done within 2 business days, and we send you a link to check it. On the Care Plan, we make the same change on your Google listing.
Good to know
- Paying. Your plan starts the month after your site goes live and is paid automatically each month, with a receipt each time. On Hosting Only, small updates are added to your next payment, and we tell you the amount first.
- The Care Plan's extras start over each year on your launch date and don't roll over. Your Google listing kept right means hours, holiday hours, phone and photos, not posts, ads or replies to reviews.
- Leaving? Cancel with 30 days' notice and take your files with you. If you're spreading out the build, pay off what's left of it first.
- Prices may be reviewed once a year, with 30 days' notice.
